Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 21, 2026
Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Overview

NewPath Junk Removal LLC (“NewPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit newpathjunkremoval.com, request a quote, communicate with us, or use our services.

This policy is intended to explain our practices. It is not a contract requiring you to consent to uses of information that are not described here.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information: name, phone number, email address, service address, and ZIP code.
  • Service and quote information: descriptions and photos of items, requested services, preferred dates or times, stairs, access, parking, disassembly, unusually heavy items, and other information needed to evaluate or perform the work.
  • Communications: emails, text messages, calls, form submissions, feedback, and other correspondence with us.
  • Transaction and job records: accepted scope, scheduling details, invoices, payment status, and service history. We do not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers through this website.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with website features.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, medical information, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for a quote or service.

3. Ask NewPath Website Assistant

If the “Ask NewPath” assistant is available, it provides general information and helps visitors organize details for a quote request. It does not create a binding quote, accept payment, or book a job.

Information entered into the assistant remains in the visitor’s browser while the assistant is being used. If the visitor chooses to text NewPath, the assistant opens the visitor’s messaging application with a prepared message; NewPath receives that information only if the visitor chooses to send it. The assistant may record anonymous interaction events—such as opening the assistant or selecting a call, text, or quote option—through our analytics tools. Those analytics events are not designed to include the visitor’s written answers or photos.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and prepare quotes or estimates;
  • confirm scope, availability, scheduling, access, staffing, and equipment needs;
  • provide services, process payments, maintain job records, and respond to service concerns;
  • send customer-requested confirmations, reminders, and service updates;
  • improve the website, measure marketing performance, troubleshoot problems, and protect against fraud or misuse;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and safety obligations; and
  • send optional promotional communications when permitted. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Service-related communications concerning an inquiry, quote, or scheduled job are different from optional marketing messages. We will obtain any consent required by law before sending automated or marketing text messages.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Site Kit and Google Analytics, or comparable services, to understand website traffic and feature usage. These services may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source, approximate location, and interactions with the site.

You can control cookies through your browser and, where offered, the site’s cookie choices. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. Analytics providers process information under their own privacy terms and settings.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers: website hosting, forms, email, text messaging, analytics, scheduling, payment, accounting, and other vendors that support our operations;
  • Perform a requested service: helpers, disposal facilities, donation or recycling organizations, building management, insurers, or other parties involved in the job when necessary;
  • Meet legal or safety obligations: comply with law, legal process, insurance requirements, or protect people, property, and our rights; or
  • Complete a business transaction: a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

Providers may process information under their applicable terms and our instructions. We do not authorize them to use customer information for unrelated purposes.

7. Retention

We retain quote inquiries and communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, document the requested scope, and resolve disputes. Completed-job, invoice, payment, tax, insurance, and accounting records may be retained for the periods required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Marketing preferences may be retained so that we can honor opt-out requests. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email, text message, or electronic-storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed for legitimate business purposes.

You may opt out of promotional email or text messages by using the provided instructions or contacting us. Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers NewPath, you may have additional privacy rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

11. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to Google, social media, payment, review, mapping, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, website features, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
