I booked with Carlos via Thumbtack and am so glad I did. I needed help moving a large sectional couch from a single family home to a second floor apartment. Carlos and his partner worked carefully and efficiently, and were extremely friendly. The couch was packaged up with carpets so nothing was damaged. They also took a few other furniture pieces for junk removal, which was extremely convenient. They finished the job with ease in under two hours, including a 30 min drive between homes.
Carlos was very responsive, getting back to my request in less than 5 minutes. He asked all of the necessary questions and was able to book my appointment within just a few days. The price was fair and he continued to communicate with me up until the morning of the move. The day went by with zero stress on my part, which is all you can hope for in a move.

My family has just had the most wonderful and professional help from Carlos of The company called” New Path Junk Removal ”. The two men arrived completely on time, worked as quickly as possible without any supervision and they managed to get a very large truck down our slim driveway without any problem ! They cleared out all the things we wanted to remove from the basement and the garage extremely quickly and without any problems. One of the most incredible things was their taking apart and removing our Gym Equipment piece by piece and bringing everything down two flights of stairs without a mark anywhere because of the wonderful coverings they put over the entire staircase! We took pictures of what we wanted removed previously and we arrived at a very agreeable rate. These gentlemen were extremely wonderful to deal with, professional , efficient and we will certainly use them again and encourage anyone else who has to have to dispose of items from their home please give this company a call!!!!
Carlos was a dream to work with. He was precise, punctual and communicated well. The move was more complicated than I anticipated but was exactly what Carlos had the foresight and experience to anticipate. Carlos and his staff worked hard throughout and came prepared. They took great care both of the items moved and the home being moved into. I really appreciate their professionalism, timeliness, communication, skill, diligence, & perseverance. I will choose Carlos and his team again when the occasion arises.

Carlos responded almost immediately, asked great questions to assess how to tackle the job, and then completed it the following morning. Carlos did all of this with a smile, quick speed and efficiency, and with good advice for protecting the table and floors.
