3. Quotes & Estimates

Requesting a Quote:

Quotes may be requested by phone, text (with photos), email, or through our website. Photos and accurate descriptions help us provide better estimates.

Estimates Are Not Final Prices:

All prices provided before arrival are estimates only.

Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual volume, weight, access conditions, item types, stairs, and labor required.

The final price will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Minimum Charge: All jobs are subject to a minimum service charge, regardless of load size or number of items.

    • Stairs or long carry distances

    • Heavy or awkward items

    • Weekend or same-day service

    • Out-of-area travel

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be disclosed when booking and may include cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Customer must provide safe, clear access to all items being removed.

  • Item Authorization: Customer confirms they own the items or have legal authority to dispose of them.

  • Accuracy: Customer must accurately describe all items. Undisclosed items may result in revised pricing.

  • Packing & Sorting: Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, NewPath does not provide packing, sorting, or organizing services. Items must be ready for removal.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
